How much does the Dental Discount Plan cost? Are family members included?
Annual membership is $320 per person. Each additional family member can be added for $50 less than the regular cost. This makes it easy to protect the dental health of your whole household while taking advantage of preventive care and discounted services.
Do I need to carry membership cards or remember login information?
No. Once you join the plan, your membership is automatically stored in our system. There’s no need to carry a card, remember numbers, or provide proof of membership each visit. Your benefits are available whenever you schedule an appointment at our office.
Are there waiting periods or preauthorization requirements?
There aren’t any. Coverage begins immediately after registration, and you can start using your plan for exams, cleanings, or any eligible services. There are no deductibles or preapprovals, so you can address urgent dental issues or maintain preventive care right away.
